This is a program whereby the doctors and staff of Complete Eye Care guarantee that you will be happy with the fit and comfort of the contacts you receive from our office, or we will buy them back. Each patient is fit with contacts based on their individual measurements and given a 30 day trial period to adjust. However, if within the initial trial period, you do not have success with your lenses you may return undamaged contacts to our office. The cost of the undamaged contact lenses will either be refunded to you or credited to your account to be used toward glasses or your next purchase. The cost of the professional fees which includes the eye health exam and the corneal evaluation will not be returned, as this is a service which has already been received.
