Excellent care. I am from out of state and my retina detached while i was in a plane flying into Charlotte. I called them and they immediately had me come in and see a doctor. They then arranged for me to go to a retina specialist the same evening. The staff and doctors are not only exceptionally competent they actually kind and caring. i wish they were located in my state!!!

November 2, 2022 was my first visit with complete eye care. The staff was very nice. The young lady that did my assessment was wonderful. I visited with Dr. Schuver, who was very nice, with a great attitude. Dr. Schuver really took time out for me and the concerns and health of my vision. Melony was a joy! Melony took the time out to help me with the best package for my vision and wallet. The staff was a joy to be in the presence of. I will recommend Complete Eye Care to all my Family and Friends.

My experience at Complete Eye Care was very comfortable and Friendly the ladies of front were very kind and nice they all had great customer experience which is something that is very rare now it was a pleasure talking with them the opthamologist was also very understanding gave me a lot of answers that I need answers to so I decided to switch completely over for my current ophthalmologist or eye specialist I would recommend anyone as well as my friends and families to come here to complete eye care for service

They took great care of my daughter and I. Dr. Ashe was able to help explain things in an easy manner and made the whole experience enjoyable. She never made me feel the questions asked were crazy to ask and made sure to address them. In past other places would overlook my questions or made it feel like an inconvenience to ask questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to going back.
