Overall the kind of experience that leaves you looking forward to going back

have seen both Dr. Gesford and Dr. Marcussen at this practice. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both took the time to answer all my questions even if some were just conversational and not pertaining directly to my visit. In other words, I never felt like there was a time limit to my visit. At the same time they were very efficient at getting their work done and getting me to the next assistant I needed to see. The assistants were the same way; quite friendly but also worked quickly and efficiently. They take as much time as you want to take but don't waste your time.

The receptionist is also great. She takes your picture if you're a new patient so that the staff can recognize you when you come for your next visit. As soon as I walked in this time (a year later) she greeted me by name. That by itself makes you feel like you are not just a patient or a dollar sign, but a person.

Also the atmosphere is not at all like a doctor's office; very airy and open, lots of windows, a children's play area, a coffee station, and everything very clean.

Overall the kind of experience that leaves you looking forward to going back, which is not something I have encountered much in doctor visits of any kind.
