The experience was fun and we never felt rushed

My husband and I had our first appointments at Complete Eye Care today, and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and hospitality from start to finish. Being that it was a Saturday morning, I anticipated the staff may be rushed and ready to get on with their weekend, but we were greeted by friendly smiles and warm welcomes each time we saw a different member of the team. My husband and I both saw Dr. Marcussen and were very pleased with how friendly and thorough she was. My husband tried contacts for the first time, and Bailey was patient and spent a lot of time with him, as it took a while for him to get the hang of it. We were also helped by Conny when choosing our frames, and she gave us plenty of options and an honest opinion about our choices. The experience was fun and we never felt rushed. We don't plan to ever see anyone else for our eye care!
